Honorarium and Memorial OpportunitiesAs we share in the excitement of the construction for a new Sanctuary and anticipate the dedication, we are pleased to announce the opportunity for parishioners and friends to participate in a very personal way by underwriting memorials and honorariums that will be the visible, artistic expression…the heart of our new church. -
We are pleased to be working with Mellini Art Glass Studios in Florence, Italy and Pedrini Sculptors in Cararra, Italy

LIVING OUR FAITH, BUILDING OUR FUTURE
A Building Committee for the future new church and expanded facility was created in 2019. This committee consists of nine members of our parish representing our Finance Council, Worship Commission and seven people who have experience in architectural design, construction management, city planning and code enforcement:

John Stroh, Finance CouncilWe have been very blessed to have their input in the process of interviewing and hiring a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative, who is Kevin Bird of Devcon Development Construction. Mr. Bird has assisted in the building of St. Gabriel in McKinney, St. Francis in Frisco and Good Shepherd in Garland. He also assisted in the expansion of St. Rita complex in Dallas. Additionally, he now has the creative job of renovating our neighboring parish, Prince of Peace.
The Building Committee has been very helpful in site visitation, and in interviewing local architectural firms to assist us in our future design needs. HH Architects, based in Richardson, has been selected for our project.
We also thank Mr. Mark Filips of VisionWorks in assisting us in the fund raising aspect of this journey. -

November 16On November 16th from 9:00am until 3:00pm, more than 120 parishioners came together for a two-part session in the Parish Hall. Together they explored church architecture including it's history, styles, and how it enhances and influences how we worship. The second half of the day they broke into smaller workshop groups to explore certain aspects of the new facility and had opportunity to give input on the future design.Read More
