  ,will be involved in a construction site tour of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church project being constructed by Crossland Construction Company, Inc. (“Crossland”). I have been advised that this is an active construction site and that there is inherent risk associated with being present at such site. I agree to release Crossland, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, and The Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas from liability and waive my right to pursue any and all claims that may occur due to my participation in activities undertaken at this site. I agree to use extreme caution and to follow all Crossland instruction and rules at all times during the tour. I understand that I may be immediately escorted from the site if I fail to comply with these instructions and rules.
